At CryoVeil, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
30-Day Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- You can provide your order number or the email address used to place the order.
- The product was purchased directly from shopcryoveil.com.
We offer refunds only — we do not offer exchanges or replacements at this time.
No Return Shipment Required
You are not required to send the product back. Once your refund is approved, you may keep or dispose of the item as you see fit.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at shopcryoveil@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement — this timeframe is set by your financial institution and is outside our control.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at shopcryoveil@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund outside the standard 30-day window, provided you contact us within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day refund window.
- Products not purchased through shopcryoveil.com.
- Claims submitted without an order number or verifiable purchase information.
