Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CryoVeil. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 7–12 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 8–15 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving that email for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at shopcryoveil@gmail.com and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. Please reach out within 30 days of your order date if your package hasn't arrived.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. CryoVeil is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
